Eagle Claw Trailmaster rod warranty covers the original owner with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. The original receipt is required to verify purchase date. Eagle Claw cannot honor the warranty without original proof of purchase.
If the rod fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, Eagle Claw will repair or replace it and return it as quickly as possible. Simply return the rod with your original receipt directly to:

To complete the repairs we must have the entire rod including the broken parts. Ship them freight prepaid and insured for the original purchase price, a copy of the original purchase receipt is required. If the rod being repaired is past the one year free replacement period, include a check or money order for $20.00 to cover the cost of return shipping and handling. (International customers will be charged actual shipping and insurance costs, and are responsible for all related customs and duty charges.) Be sure to include your name, address, daytime phone number with area code and a short note describing the problem.
If our technicians determine the defect is due to normal wear and tear, accident, neglect or misuse, the rod can still be repaired or replaced at a reasonable cost. You will be contacted and a full estimate will be provided prior to any work being done. We will make every attempt to get you back on the water as quickly as possible.
This warranty is limited to repair and replacement of the rod only and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damages resulting from the use of this product. This warranty does not cover fire, theft, loss, intentional breakage, modification or customization of the finished rod. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply. This warranty provides specific legal rights, other rights that vary from state to state.
The warranty is not transferable and is only good to the original owner.
